Necessary Roughness is the story of SMU football with the Death Penalty told through imaginary Texas State which is really NTSU. So the movie tells our story through another team, which is Texas State, who we play first next year, AND they had a blond female kicker on the team...and who are we at least discussing for the vacancy? None other than Gary Barnett. Like playing the Kevin Bacon game.
