Pulling into the parking garage yesterday afternoon I actually heard Bennett say during his pre-game interview that he was proud of the fact that ticket holders "got their money's worth" out of the games this year. That the games were "entertaining."
He can not be serious!
Les Miles, now there's a cardiac coach that gives his fans their money's worth.
I will consider that I have my money's worth when we are at .500 for the time that I have been a season ticket holder (1991).
I think he just meant that there has been a lot of scoring and turnovers in the games. Lots of touchdowns, fumbles, interceptions and things of that nature. Things that make the games entertaining.
I didn't like his answer to that question either. I always assumed that getting my money's worth meant that we would be ahead by a couple of touchdowns when the clock read 0:00 and that we would win more than 1 f'ing game
