Now that TCU is about to "turn themselves in" again to the NCAA for improper benefits to student athletes, they are well on their way to passing us as #1 in that catagory.
Better watch out, TCU, because no conference will want you with the "lack of instituitional control" exhibited.
Come on, even the most juvenile coach knows driving a student athlete out of the county....much less the COUNTRY....is illegal.

It might take us a few more violations to equal the death penalty you received back in the 80's!
Seriously, I believe that TCU will handle the matter justly and fairly. It is hard to believe that a D-1A coach didn't know that was a blatant violation of NCAA rules.
This is a small infraction that will pass over quickly I believe.

Petty crime deserves a slap on the wrist. Therefore TCU must wear lavendar jerseys for one year to atone for their latest offense.

Re: Looks like TCU is going to \"pass us\" in another catagory!!!
The NCAA looks at rules violations like a probation officer, meaning they look back through history. Don't forget the Wacker years at TCU, trust me the NCAA won't forget that. The good news is that they seem to segregate violations by sport. So, if you cheat in football, it doesn't seem to count against your basketball program. Anyway, if the NCAA wants to slap you hard, they will investigate and count every little stupid piddly violation and then say you have 125 violations (probably all meaningless and accidental), thus deserving of a bigger penalty. Hope Hyman sends out birthday cards to the NCAA officials every year.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

It was a stupid mistake by a coach who should know better... I think TCU can handle it internally... Its not as if we were handing out cars, cell phones or sluts like UT and A&M etc...
