Ponies in the New York City area might want to check out a place called Ryan's Sports Bar & Restaurant. It's at 46 Gold St. (essentially an alley near South Street Seaport). It's a dark Irish pub with a few TV's, accented bartenders, tasty Guinness and an excellent and well-priced burger.
