Great article. It appears as though we are not the only ones drinking the kool-aid these days!

"Baseball," Orsini says, "is at least on my radar."

Woo hoo! I like it, Steve-O! Also, bring back track!

Steve Orsini, turns out, could sell green bananas to a suicide bomber on the way to work.

That made me laugh.

The best part to me was " baseball is at least on my radar".

Track > baseball, in my humble opinion

baseball is more of a drinking sport though.

Wrong. This isn't the old SMU of David Stanley and Jimmy Tubbs and Phil Bennett and Peruna Patheticness. This is the new SMU belonging to Orsini, consumed with producing a Miracle on Mockingbird.

Best quote, btw

How about the props to ED in the article? All you Dickerson bashers take note. Just because he said that the Emperor had no clothes (our football program was pathetic) does not mean that he does not support the program. He was just telling it like he saw it, and he was right. I am sure that one of the happiest people on earth will be Eric Dickerson when we turn this ship around.

He still will not be happier than me though.

Wow, Stallion is about to hit 12,000. I think he is gaining steam and could hit 20,000 before football season starts.

Absolutely. Of course, I like the part about asking for the $100,000 donations for 5 years and never once being turned down. So cool. I wish I had that kind of success in my work. Wow.
