The weather source we use is showing rain predicted for Thurs/Fri in Lubbock and then greatly decreasing chances of rain for Saturday and Saturday night. The temps are going to be great!

Saturday
Mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the mid 80s.

Saturday Night
Partly cloudy with a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows in the upper 50s.

(20% chance = 80% chance it wont rain)

Last time I went to a game in Lubbock (in the mid-sixties)we had a thunder storm with so much hail coming down the field turned white. Everyone including the teams ran for cover...except the SMU Band...they played through the storm. After the game the parking lot was ankle deep in water...I mean that place is FLAT.
