Game day presentation
Our game day presentation is absolutely awful!!!!!!!!! Do we have to do everything 2nd rate? How about the halftime presentation with the smokescreen in front of the Jumbotron blocking the video( which is trying to raise $750 million bucks). The music is absolutely terrible, the video production crews are not prepared for the fan shots and the professor screaming for SMU to get loud looks like they were filmed on a phone camera. I had people from TCu in front of me laughing at how terrible our game presentation is and unfortunately i agree. Our in game presentation matched our football teams performance, TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

Did you happen to see the Pony up song at the last home game? Yeah everyone is laughing about it. My brothers who went to ut and tcu and have been to the last 2 home games think its pathetic.
And the music is so loud that everyone around me has their fingers in their ears. hahah i laughed about the smoke in front of the screen. But i didnt laugh when i couldnt breath for 5 mins cause i was surrounded by it...

My favorite was when they played one of these bits asking SMU fans to make some noise, right after TCU scored a touchdown. That was a priceless moment, even better than the smokescreen that obscured the video board after they finally got the audio to work, midway through the presentation. Greatness. Absolute greatness.

For all those involved in planning and executing the gameday "experience", event staff, security, etc - they need to organize a field trip to a real gameday experience. Send them to UT or A&M, or even to TCU. Make sure they bring their clipboards and take notes!
It's a crappy job but someone's gotta do it.

Awful.. Embarrassing.. the people putting together the in-game jumbotron crap. The Piano guy and professor had the TCU fans even feeling sorry for us. About the time our football team is worth a flip.. the in-game presentation MIGHT be 2 or 3 years away still.
Nice job at halftime on the sound and fireworks/smoke that hid the jumbotron from view. Of course, it would have been even worse had we not already seen the presentation with no sound first.
All in all - we did a great job of crapping on a great opportunity - at least SMU hasn't screwed up the Boulevard YET!

What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.
