Baylor's Punter

Post by Under the Lights »

Did anyone notice the Baylor punter, Daniel Sepulveda on Saturday night. This kid never punted in highschool, but learned the skill over the summer. Prior to our game he was ranked 5th in the nation in punting. Now that's the kind of punter we need.

Exactly - an inexperienced guy who's never played the position and has two good games. Perfect. I, for one, have seen enough of experimenting with new players at new positions.

Speaking of punters, I heard Mentzel hurt his hand. Any word on how he's doing?

he'll get a couple run back on him if he keeps hitting those line drives.

Line drives don't have 4+ sec. hang times.

Lord. We gave an inept punter a scholarship.

What program were we luring Mentzel away from again? Hmm..

You're pathetic UNF...let's see you go out there and catch a snap with a broken thumb, position the ball and then actually kick it. Hell, you would probably be curled up on the bench crying for your mommy. Grow up kid. Your uninformed belly aching is getting old...very old.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
