can you imagine the kinds of mismatches he will see next year?
with AR and ES on the field what nickel corner will be able to stop him?
i would not want to face this offense next year, especially with a QB who has a year under his belt, a bad [deleted] offensive line coach, and HOPEFULLY a legit running back.
the otherside of the ball will still be a huge question mark heading into two-a-day

I agree. I think that we will be stacked at WR. One of the true freshman is sure to step up. And we have several other guys who will be competing. Our O-Line will be better, however im looking towards 2010 or 11 when i think we will have one of the top non bcs O-lines.
My biggest question mark this net year is QB and RB. If McNeil plays then i wont have any doubts. Between him and Butler we should be set. At Qb though, we will have to see how much Bo improves and if Braden can possibly step up. I personally think that Padron will need to sit a year out.

I don't think we are going to go from barely competitive to "I would not want to face them" in one year.

andrew mckinney and whoever else we put in the backfield v. Shawnbrey McNeal
true freshmen qb v. ____________ will be an improvement
ES-958 yards, 14.3 avg., 9 TDs and did not play in two games
AR-1047 yards, 17.7 avg., 11Tds and did not play in two games
(both were top 40 in the country, with no running game, true freshmen qb, new offense to learn, sat two games, and no conference championship or bowl game)
Also, this spring we won't be putting in an entirely new system... now the guys will be able to focus on the details of the offense not just learning a whole new language. I think we will see a HUGE improvement on the offensive side of the ball....

Put the breaks on one of the Top non-BCS Offensive Lines by 2010-2011 nonsense. Still a work in progress and its going to be several more years before we are even close to that. We should be able to put a "good" offensive line together if this Class develops by maybe 2012-that's projecting they develop by the time they are redshirt Juniors. Offensive Lines take time, strength and conditioning to develop and I don't really see any extraordinary talent in the players recruited before this coming class-to make such a bold claim. Doesn't mean they can't develop, improve and become decent. I think there is a tendency to just look at your own team's recruits-other schools are signing some nice prospects too.
