Email to Memphis

Post by PonyDoh »

Elliot Williams has been granted his release from Duke, and will be immediately eligible( or so I'm told) at Memphis this upcoming season. Email is from Memphis and his Mom has been diagnosed as being critically ill.

Memphis just stepped back up.
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones

ESPN article about this...no direct reference to Memphis, but it says that's his hometown, so it certainly sounds like he's headed there...

Latest news from the Bluff City -- he is considering Memphis, but also Ky, Tn, and Vandy. Says he won't drag this out.

You know, I am incredibly offended. I expected to see a post about women's basketball, and instead was confronted by some nonsense regarding a player transferring to Memphis. You would think the original poster would have the common decency to label this as a men's basketball thread.
The donkey's name is Kiki.

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

Good, Bad...I'm the one with the gun.

if this was a women's hoops post, I would have clearly labeled it. Men's hoops threads don't need labeling, check the rest of the college message board world. Your attempts at humor underwhelm. Get w/the program, you'll be better for it.
