I really like the white and blue, and the red on red isn't bad, but it just reminds me too much of tech so thats my main objection to it

I like the white on blue as well. I think the Red on Red is brutal - reminds me of New Mexico, Utah, Houston uni's that always seem really cheap and D1AA to me. I say we stick with the perfect uniforms we had last year.

The Classics get it right the first time and build brand identity-they don't have to worry about looking neat-o for the kid-os:

We actually have a strong brand identity with the red Mustang on white helmet-that helmet looks best with a strong vibrant blue especially in a HD world. SMU had it right-and built strong brand identity only to toss it away every time we hire another damn Aggie. Don't take fashion tips from Aggies-stay TRUE BLUE!

yeah I can't wait until the Dallas Cowboys pull out their Blue on Blue uniforms too. Crazy Neat-o look! How about Texas-ALL ORANGE! Cool. Michigan could change from the Maize and Blue to the Blue and Blue. Wicked! USC all Scarlet. Wow! I bet the kids would love that.

The white helmet with a red mustang was originally design to go with a red jersey (very similar to the one on the link) with white pants. The away jersey was a white jersey with red numbers. Actually very little blue was involved other than piping and trim.

I wore both red and blue jerseys. I prefer the blue.
