I heard he's done playing football. Seems he reinjured his back against Nevada, I think, and it's not worth the risk. Hats off to PonyFans.com for the that allowed us to get to know him a little and to appreciate what he's been through to get himself healthy.
Best of luck, Brad, from all of your PonyFans.

Re: Brad Bean
What an absolute shame. I confess I don't remember a lot about him as a player, but the story yall did on him was great . It made it feel like we all know Brad a little bit. Here's hoping for a full recovery!

I hadn't heard that. I met Brad once last season, and he was a great guy. Good luck, BB.

Re: Brad Bean
Sorry to hear of his reinjuring his back. Having a bad back myself, I am surprised he was allowed to play so soon after the injury. I wish him all the best and hope that he get his degree in a subject that will benefit him when he graduates!
Re: Brad Bean
All jokes aside, when you're talking about a back and spinal column, you're getting into real delicate areas. It sounds to me like Brad and his family made the right decision here. Smart guy.
