One of the state's top high school basketball players is en route to SMU - to play football.
Holyfield's father, Anthony Sr., played football at the University of Hawaii. Marcus may get to play two sports at SMU.

Sounds like a great pickup for basketball. any info on his football background? can we put 120lbs on him and convert him to DT?

He will be practicing with the football team on Aug 7th to my understanding. McCoy cam on a basketball scholarship and decided not to play football at this point. Holyfield is coming here on a football scholarship and may play basketball if he wants to which he said that he would do.
