We get it. We did something wrong in the 80s by breaking more rules than any other program ever has, and we needed to be punished for our sins. We have suffered for 20 years for our sins. We have learned our lesson. Have mercy on us!

Like Moses and his followers, I fear we are destined to roam the proverbial desert of college football for 40 years to purge from our numbers the generation that sinned against the NCAA. Good news: we're halfway there!

Nope things are headed in the right direction. The Model is in place as of 2008. Give it at least 4-5 years to work. SMU not divine intervention kept SMU from having a winning program.

I actually think you are right, Stallion. We are on the right track, and the wins will come sooner than later. This was disappointing but it isn't season (or spirit)-crushing like a loss to SFA might have been.
