Derrius wouldn't dare do that since he's been out 2 weeks with a concussion. He's all of 169-170 and just trying to make a play. I think it should have been a penalty for leading with the head...by rule, but it was not intentional. On the replay, you could tell by Bell's body positioning that he was not expecting to make contact that way. He left himself in a vulnerable position. DB was aiming to hit the player low. The TCU player was spinning around quickly and ended up with his head in a down position. It was one of those things that just happen in a game. Hopefully both players are okay.
