SMU memorabilia

Post by mustangxc »

Doe anyone here collect SMU pocket schedules? I have been trying to complete my collection at least consecutively going back to the mid 70's and am missing 1994, 1995, 1996 in football and 1997-98 in men's basketball. If anyone has any of them please let me know and I would love to buy them from you!!! Thanks!!!

 It's closed PERMANENTLY! BTW, there is no 'blue law' in Texas.

PM me your address. I have the 97/98 basketball one you're looking for. I'll dig through my boxes of ticket stubs and see if I have any of the football ones. I don't collect them, but always grab a few and throw them in with my used game tickets. I found the basketball one in the first box I looked in. There may be some football ones in the other boxes - but that's about 5 shoe boxes full of stuff.

LOL I know...I just had to throw that one in there given that you posted that the store is closed on a Sunday.

Did anyone by any chance pick up any extra 2014 SMU football or 2014-15 SMU men's and women's basketball pocket schedules? I am now living in PR and as a result did not manage to make it on campus during the season. I wrote the athletic department several times requesting copies, but had no luck. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

Yes, I do. I requested the schedules multiple times in season. I collect them and have the continuous run in men's basketball dating back to 1972-73 minus the 73-74 and 76-77 seasons. For football I have the continuous run dating back to 1976 minus 94 and 96.
