Ok, in an effort to actually pay for this trip to Hawaii, I am asking to meet with any and all building owners and/or property managers on this board.
Current electric rates are really low. Even a three year contract is under 7 cents per kWh. Depending on the building rate could be below in the 5's.
I can help you save money and put a few coins towards the Hawaii trip.
PM me and we can set up a meeting or lunch.
Thanks
GSS

Re: Trip to Hawaii
So what kind of deal can you offer residential customers?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

6-mo at 9.4 or 12 mo at 10.1.
At 1000 kWh I'll take away the Customer monthly fee. 5 bucks.
