I just saw the first promotional spot for Thad's 30-minute pre-bowl special on channel 33. Gotta give props to Channel 33 for giving us the best media coverage this season that we've ever had. I think this is great for both the Metroplex and the program. Remember to set you TiVo.

any chance this promo spot is online anywhere? I have seen the article 19 trailers and promos, is this gonna be something different, or will it be a shortened clip of the documentary?

Very different from Article 19, excepting the fact that we are using footage we shot of this season that will also be seen in some form in Article 19..... basically the trailer got around, and the fact that we had this bonanza of footage got out so we were approached by the Tribune folks (Tribune broadcasting owns 33) to do a local season in review type show.

This is kind of an "all access pass" to the SMU 2009 season. It's only a 30 minute show, but we tried to give you as much as possible what it felt like to be in the locker room, etc. with the '09 Mustangs. I think you all will enjoy it!

Scheduled it to record on the DVR last night. Along with the actual game on ESPN. It will be the first thing I watch when we get back from Hawaii.

6 p.m., Dec. 24 on channel 33

Show will re-air that night at 1 a.m. ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ leave the TV on for Santa Claus.

If he's late with your presents, it's because he recorded it and is watching it over and over.
