Before I had kids, I would have considered a month and change to be a long time. I take a very different view now! If I recall, signing day is February 3, right? So am I correct that most of January is a very busy time for the coaches?

Signing Day is the first Wednesday in February.

Yes, it's busy - coaches are trying to close deals on remaining recruits, maybe swipe a committed player from another school and then babysitting all of the commitments from their own players.

Coaches won't go on vacation until after Signing Day, I assume.
