Hardly the new cradle of coaches. There is a small school in Ohio called Miami that is the cradle of coaches. Until we have coaches like Paul Brown, Wes Fesler, Woody Hayes, Bo Schembecler, Ara P., Johnny Pont, et al. we can not call ourselves a 'cradle of coaches'. Surely with all of your knowledge you know better. :)

Dooley is going to be great for them. I worked as a student equipment manager his first year @ SMU. He was everything that they are saying about him: very intelligent, intense, disciplined, hard-nosed, a tenacious recruiter, a family guy and extremely well-organized.

I wish him well. Even though he's married to a FW Country Day girl!

Best of luck, Coach.

If you are going to call SMU the cradle of coaches, don't forget Jerry Moore.

And with our bball program I guess we could be called the 'commode of coaches' -especially in the present.
