Coach Jones remarks
A few years ago I was reading an article where Coach Jones basically said that if he was recruiting a kid who's family attended many of his HS games then there was a very slim chance they'd get that kid. I've always wondered about that because it seems we have LOTS of players who have great families and seem to attend many games. In fact, I heard that several families of players went to the Hawaii Bowl with the team. Even Coach Reinbold said in one of his Twitter updates that if a recruit brought his family with him on a visit then they stood a good chance of securing that recruit. Kind of the exact opposite of what coach Jones said. Maybe this all pertained to Hawaii?

Thanks. That certainly makes sense.
