You call the number and the zoo answers and of course if you still haven't got the joke, you ask for Mr. Lyon, they inform you that this is the zoo. Works almost every time. And of course the plastic dog turd is a game winner for the person who brings their dog to the office. Leave it in the bosses office, he calls in the employee who brings the dog, and then the employee gets mad at the boss when she discovers its a plastic turd. So you get a twofer.
