Bo Levi
was 19-35, 253 yds, 2 TDs and 0 INTs in his Eastern Washington debut against Nevada - at Nevada, the Wolfpack beat Bo Levi's new team 40-24 late Thursday night.
I wish Bo Levi well and hope EWU has a good year with him, but it sure is nice to have Padron leading the Mustangs into Lubbock

Re: Bo Levi
yep.
was really surprised that he didn't throw any picks, especially with trying to come from behind.
maybe, he's learned.

Re: Bo Levi
Good for him. Wish him well.
Re: Bo Levi
well, looks like he still needs to take more steps:
"Mitchell, a first-year junior transfer from Southern Methodist, seemed a little too amped up in the early going, badly overthrowing several receivers on deep corner patterns. While he never really dialed in the deep ball, he did manage to complete 19 of 35 throws for 253 yards and two TDs."

hope he keeps growing.

Re: Bo Levi
that was a problem Bo Levi had along with almost every QB we've had since the death penalty...couldn't throw an accurate deep ball. I think Willis was one of the worst in that regard. I have high hopes for Padron and hope we see some against Tech...open up the field!

Re: Bo Levi
Padron was tentative with the deep throws...as if he was afraid to overthrow. With Al's speed, not sure that's possible...at least we haven't seen it yet this season

Must be a sophomore thing. Hope he moves past that quickly.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

he was clearly "off" yesterday. Got to keep improving. I'm pretty certain he will
