So it takes ten years of sustained success, multiple bowl wins, and a top five ranking to sell out a game at TCU. Not really something I'd be bragging about.

no.. they're the frogs.. they can sell that place out by themselves can't they?

They didn't need help from the Sand Aggies a few years ago.. or a Military Academy that happens to have a station near them.. or the BYU nation.

Let's be clear about something the froggies are bragging about: when they played at The Death Star, the upper deck was tarped so - in essence - it was not really 'sold out'. Not sure how many seats the upper deck at the Death Star holds but that stadium had LOTS of empty seats that were unseen by the television viewing audience because of the tarps.
