Definitely benefits the froggies. They run the ball more than we do.

That is strange. I heard there was a 70% chance of no rain tonight.

lots of folks say the bad weather benefits the underdog..that's probably moreso when conditions are muddy etc

well, even with rain, mud isn't an issue on our turf. as for who the rain will affect, turn to the game last year when we were winning/still in the game until it started raining.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

yeah, our QB mentioned that it was the rain/slick conditions I believe that caused him to "throw away" a pass by hitting a defender between the numbers

The rain didn't help us last year. The only thing it did was get me and the wife soaked enough that we left the game early. And I hate leaving games early.

30% chance of rain is nothing....

Not sure what game you were watching, but it was raining well after TCU's second TD and SMU never led after that point. Rain helped SMU tremendously last year as TCU ran up and down the field but would turn it over. Once the rain stopped so did the TCU turnovers.
If I was a pony, I'd pray for rain.

Maybe, maybe not. I say Zach Line has a big game.

hope you're right either way. One thing I've been impressed with (knock on wood) is we havent fumbled the ball in the running game. Hope that trend continues

Re: Who does the rain benefit more?
I pray it doesn't rain. Last year was pretty miserable sitting through the game in that downpour.

Don't want the rain, but last year was actually fun. I thought it would be miserable, but our whole group got into it with garbage bags, etc. Sitting in the rain watching the game made us all feel like we were back in college.
