CUSA benefits from the performance of So. Miss and the emergence of Memphis and Houston this year. Thought it speaks well for the development of our new conference, including a much improved Tulsa FB team.
Good summary for CUSA this year:

Tulsa's performance in the bowl against Georgia Tech will be a telling indicator of how much the program has improved compared to the whole country, not just the WAC.

USM has kept the loss of other schools from C-USA from being as important as TCU thought they were. The ponies will have to step up if they are to compete with the eagles.
