Last team to do it was Hawaii in 2008.

Worried that 7-7 won't be so good for recruitng. Not like 8-5. Or 10 wins, which I thought they could've done this year.
Yes, I remember 7-7 for Hawai'i. They lost to ND in bowl 49-21.

I think 7-7 should be the least of our concerns when it comes to recruiting.

Lessee, how about recruiting some talented players who can also manage to attend class, do a little abstract thinking and get passing grades?
