...and tour the under construction Mean Green Stadium!

This made me laugh, reaching a little? I know if I'm a multimillionaire and traveling to the Super Bowl, I'll forgo all the glitz and glamor of parties and luxury hotels in Dallas (and to a small extent FW) for the I-35 Clarion Denton and a tour of a stadium under construction.

Why don't they call it what it is, the NASCAR package.

Denton tried to think more creatively. Tourism officials marketed Denton-centric Super Bowl packages to travel agents that included tours of the nearby Texas Motor Speedway and the new University of North Texas football stadium currently under construction.

And for the big shocker...

Phillips said the packages received virtually no interest.

At DFW Now headed to the Golden Princess . Coming back the week of the Stupid Bowl. All-ready told the wife if they give me a hotel and $500 I will stay in LA for an extra night.
