I was hit with a frivolous lawsuit after a car wreck (going 3 mph and lady asked for $1,000,000) and was thankful for the people in the jury.

you're insurance should have covered that. we've dealt w/ that. mom drove into the back of a DART bus going about 15mph. they kept everyone on until an EMT & police could get there. everyone said they were ok, no one was hurt until they got off the bus, and saw it was a lexus. the impact was so light the DRIVER (and passengers) didn't even know they had been hit - a crossing guard had to chase them down.

got sued for some lady's miscarriage, all sorts of neck & back problems, blah, blah, blah.
