Really funny hearing Doh say "Girls, cover your ears" again and again.

Does this happen after all wins? -- at least he's connecting with the students.

Rich Phillips made a comment during the Houston game. I think it was when Houston had narrowed it to 50-47 or something and Doherty called a timeout.

Rich described it as he took the team aside and chewed their collective butts and then moments later talked to them in a calming and reassuring voice.

Many have seen this first hand but is that what you all are describing as this change that he's going through?

DOH is looking like the coach we intended to hire. The team looks good and they are having fun.

What's funny is when opposing players have the ball in front of our bench, and Doh has his hands up/moving around, part encouraging our kids, part distracting the other teams shooter/ball handler. He's like a 6th defender on the sideline, that I'm pretty sure yells 'shot' and 'off' almost simultaneously, whether it goes in or not. He's a handful.

Brush off the RoboDoh commercials
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones

So true about Doh being a 6th player. I laugh everytime his long arms go nuts on the sideline.

It looks like Doh needed to hand out some Mustang shirts to all those students.

Surrounded by a crushing tide of socially inept, sexually frustrated 18-22 year olds. Gah!
