Ok, maybe it was because mrydel was available to sign autographs ( being the #5 voter getter in the Heisman his Sr year), but I thought the group that showed up today was great. And I had a marvelous time. Thanks to all tha showed up (OTP, ponyscott, Treadway21, MustangBill, SMU89 and others). What a great way to start a game!

For those that attend SMU games on a regular bases, this is the group you want to join prior to a game. Fun, casual and interesting beyond one's imagination. Once we moved on from college, it is fascinating to follow up with others accomplishments.

And their love for SMU is unmatched. Thanks to all that joined us. A great event prior to SMU and made my 10 hour travel time well worth it.

Ponyte and Mrydel it was a pleasure and it was good to catch up with you both. It was a shame you had to drive 10 hours to see that mismatch yesterday. Ozona's is a great place and it WAS a great start to the day and lets make sure that the Arkansas connection comes down for more games in the future, but just not a terrible exhibition like you had to see against Tulsa.

I am still confused as to why my bill was $237.17 for 2 beers and a burger. Oh well, I guess that is the big city for you. Had fun. Hope to do it again. Ponyte will not let me go with him anymore since I am a jinx, but I will follow him in the mrydel-mobile.

I thought it was interesting the South West pilot doesn't get any peanuts.
It is a pretty diverse and interesting group of characters.

Great time. It was a pleasure to finally meet ponyte and mrydel. Great day to sit on the patio. If the game hadn't started we may have stayed there drinking and nattering the rest of the afternoon. Just need a win next time.

**This is a joke. He actually got very defensive (and rightly so)when I jested about this at Ozona's because pilots do not kid about that.

It was a great group of guys and hope we can continue the tradition at Ozona's! Lets get more fans next time to meet and create more energy. Wednesday is going to be nice so maybe have to get there earlier......

Mrydel, it was my first game of the season. I think I might have been the jinx.

It was mrydel. I got a call this morning from Orsini offering me a complimentary Mustang club membership at the meatball level if I would not bring mydel to anther BB game this year.
