Not often you get to see a police escort. Pretty impressive meltdown.

Nice of the official to bury himself in the part. He's no better than Floyd or Johnson.

That was impressive. I'm honestly surprised the ref held out as long as he did. He remained pretty calm.

Re: Tim Floyd
They lost by 17. We actually need them to beat Memphis on Saturday

I think our goal (this year) should be just to get a first round bye. Wouldn't we better off with UTEP losing (since we are tied with them), letting memphis take 1st (getting them a bid to the dance) and then hoping someone else wins the tourney and we are 2 bid league.

I don't disagree with the first round bye but I don't think a regular season title would hurt in recruiting. And being 1 game back with 3 to play there's a real shot at that.
Re: Tim Floyd
Saw this on ESPN last night- a couple of our students are going to have a field day with this next saturday. Completely unacceptable behavior for a coach. Can't believe his assistant got tossed too!
Let's go win the C-USA Tourney!
Re: Tim Floyd
Why is the cop touching him? Floyd was saying "Get your hands off me" -- I don't understand that scene at all. Would be nice to know the whole circumstance behind all this.

Re: Tim Floyd
i couldn't hear him. What did he say? Something really foul like, "Good job Big XII (-II). It stings! If you showed that much on the field, it wouldn't be 45-10."

Re: Tim Floyd
Did I read that their UNDERGRADUATE ASSISTANT had to coach the rest of the game?? What an opportunity for him!
