Now I will say although Rhonda consistenly puts up 15-20 win seasons, I'm not so sure she shouldn't start feeling some pressure. When's the last time the Ponies were ranked in the top 25 or actually won a meaningful game.

She's been here 20 years, and the last two years have been just middle of the road. Like Doherty, when does Orsini stop selling "potential" to the fans.

Not saying she should be fired tomorrow but something to start thinking about some guidelines. Houston went undefeated in conference this year and is 25-4 overall.

For all that money at the Crum center, it hasn't paid off yet.
