They've got him pushing Hines Ward to the bench? I hope Sanders succeeds as much as anyone does, but Ward didn't seem to be slowing down much last year.
Hope I'm wrong, though!

Nice shout out. But I would agree, Scoops. I think if he sits anyone on the bench that it would be Wallace, who he backed up last year when he wasn't the third man. Wallace is younger, which is why I think the reporter believes Ward would be the one sitting.

There's no way ES will be replacing Wallace. Wallace was 5th in the NFL in receiving yards and had the 2nd highest yards per catch in the league as well, not to mention 10 TD catches. He's one of the fastest receivers in the league. I hope ES has a breakout season, but it won't be at the expense of Wallace's minutes.

I'm good with the Steelers having three main receivers: Ward, Wallace and our man Sanders.

Of course, I'd have a lot more passion for this argument if the league WOULD END THE STUPID LOCKOUT!

None of this matters if there is no NFL season...
