This guy needs to be a major player in our offense next year. I played against him in high school (we won't mention the outcome .... they beat the hell out of us) and I remember thinking he couldn't play in college, because he wasn't big enough. But have you seen this guy lately? He looks like a short linebacker -- he's thick and strong. And he still has the best hands on the team. Coach Kueck needs to realize that between McDearman, Hampton, Cunningham, Cardwell and Ford, the Ponies have a slew of sure-handed options, especially when it's short-yardage time.
