We've had linemen who don't get as big as Billups at the END of their college careers, like Chase Schavrda. Imagine this kid if he keeps growing.

(And before anyone pops a gasket defending Chase, that was not a shot at him. I loved watching him play. But he'll be the first to admit he's undersized for a college defensive lineman.)

I hate to suggest that we emulate anything TCU does .... but I'm sure everyone noticed they only lost by 14 IN Lincoln, Neb., yesterday. And before they started landing players like LaDanian Tomlinson and Casey Printers, they went after two things: Big linemen and speed on defense. These three linemen we have so far are good-sized players, who hopefully will show the logic of going big, then building around them. And did anyone see that LaMarcus McDonald (LB) guy for TCU yesterday? Damn that guy is fast. Give us a few like that, to go along with the Viloria's, Lee's and James's that we already have, and our defense will improve immensely - and quickly. Remember -- can't teach speed or size.

Keep up the hard work, coaches.
