There are a limited number of top recruits in NJ and PA. Remember none of the mid-Atlantic, New England and mid-west high school regulating bodies allow spring training or participation in 7 on 7. As a result, talented kids in these areas are light years behind the experience and training afforded to kids whose states allow such training. In addition, it is much more difficult to assess kids for recruiting purposes who are limited mainly to game film assessment only.
