If BYU, my wish, is 12th member, then:

East:

CT
Rutgers
Cincinnati
Navy
USF
UCF

West:

AFA
Boise State
BYU
Houston
Louisville
SMU

If Temple, then Cincinnati goes West and the Owls are in the East.

I'm hoping they flip Louisville and Navy in your scenario that way Navy gets to play both Air Force and us every year and Louisville gets to play Cincinnati and in Florida every year. I know Louisville gets a ton of recruits from Florida and would like to keep that connection. Their fans have been pretty worried about being in the west.

I think they have already announced the divisions listed above. At least as much as they can announce before it is final.

As for NAVY, I am sure we will adopt some sort of Permanent crossover to accomodate AFA / NAVY, more akin to the SEC 2rotating+1perm than the [old] Big12 3+3 hNh rotation.

Possibly Could do 2 divisions: 9 + 9. give you home and home for 16 games, and then play 3-6 from other div.

One thing I'm curious about is the academies. Should Navy and AFA be in separate divisions, they coul play twice. I'm sure they'd rather not do that. And what happens to the Army-Navy game? I really like that game being alone on the last Saturday of the regular season.

Not really the same thing. If they would have gotten an invite from the Big 12 then who cares about Florida but they didn't.
