TUES BEAT NAVY WEEK DAY TWO...TODAY WAS OUR FIRST LOOK AS A FOOTBALL TEAM AT THE MIDSHIPMEN...NAVY DOES A GREAT JOB OF RUNNING THE WISHBONE, TAKING TIME OFF THE CLOCK AND COMPETING EVERY DOWN ON OFFENSE - DEFNSE AND IN THE KICKING GAME REGARDLESS OF THE SCORE...OUR GUYS MUST GET READY THIS WEEK FOR AN OUTSTANDING EFFORT...TICKETS HAVE GONE FAST AND NAVY ALWAYS TRAVELS WELL SO WE SHOULD HAVE A GREAT CROWD WITH ALL OF THE PREGAME FESTIVITIES INCLUDING THE BLUE ANGELS IN A FLY OVER BEFORE KICKOFF...WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING A NUMBER OF OUR RECRUITS IN FORD STADIUM TO SEE WHAT PROMISES TO BE AN OUTSTANDING FOOTBALL GAME...PONY UP!

And while I am patriotic, why the heck does SMU always treat these games like it's Navy's home game? A flyover by the Blue Angels prior to kickoff? Really? Just something to fire up the Midshipmen and their fans! I'd love to see a P-51 Mustang flyover the stadium, too, to fire up the Mustangs and their fans!!! Whatever happened to HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE? C'mon, man!

BEAT NAVY! I'm tired of losing to the Midshipmen! It's time for the Gansz Trophy to be on display at SMU!!!
