Watching the Navy game
Every weekend someone asks the question about viewing the Mustangs on their computer, etc.
Well, now its my turn. Stuck in Mexico again, gave my tickets away. Last time I was here I watched it on a site I believe called Front Row Sports. I tried to find it again and couldn't. I used it on the Memphis game in Mexico several weeks ago and it was much better than the subscription service on the SMU Mustang home page. Anyone have a suggestion or did I get the site name wrong?

Re: Watching the Navy game
Thanks, the site came right up. Anyone interested in our games, should keep note of this site, many sites such as this, including ESPN are blocked here in Mexico. Last time I used it, it was pretty good, including the audio of the CBS Sports broadcast team. I tried listening to the Ticket while broadcasting the video, but the delay was almost 45 seconds, not very satisfactory.
Re: Watching the Navy game
nope. my experience in D.F. was when the bodyguards 'know' the policemen, you're in good (or the right) company.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

Re: Watching the Navy game
IMO DF and Monterrey are two of the worst places to go to right now. I have travelled many places in Mexico and absolutely stay out of DF. One of my favorites- Morelia- is also on the 'bad list'.
Looks like the druggies have more control of the country than the gov't.

Loved Monterrey as a kid.
"This is . . . dedication to distraction by fans. Is that what I'm going to go with Jay?"

Re: Watching the Navy game
Back in 1965 came down from St.Louis and stayed at a hotel owned by Burlington Industries Co. , about 30 miles south of Monterrey . On the hotel grounds was the Cola De Caballo. Was thirteen and with my brother, who was sixteen, were out by the pool with two guys our age from San Antonio, being served cervezas by the staff at night when our parents were out. First time drunk. Pool and hotel sat on the edge of a 400 foot cliff over-looking a lake which was the water supply for the city. Back in the Late 70's had loans out to Groupo Alfa and others. Boy has that town changed.
