SMU up 1-0 vs 17th ranked UAB starting 2nd half....

Oh I know that of course, but we need some positive stuff on this board today! A CUSA Team Championship for a SMU Mens team on National TV today in ANY sport is good, right? :wink:

The UAB kids are much bigger than SMU...defenders are 6'5 and goalie is 6'5..big and physical, but we are playing much better than UAB today and SMU played a tough Non conference schedule --so its paying off late in the season and may take them far in the NCAA Tourney!

Congrats to us. We dodged two bullets. Had the feed come into the box where the UAB forward kicks it directly to our keeper. Then they had one where their shot slid just wide.

Great day for us and back to the NCAA tournament.

love the Blue Uniforms. It was funny to watch the keeper complain on that header. a keeper that can't punch a header 3 feet from the Goal mouth sucks.

I was about to say the same thing. The blue looks great!

The goalie is a puss, you have to be aggressive and fight for the ball.
