I don't see how these tv contract issues are such a problem. All the BE has to do is come up with a plan on how to split the revenue from the existing contracts. Then the new contract will just have a few BYU and Navy games missing from the inventory for the first couple of years for whoever bids on it. Might take a few weeks to hammer out the details, but it isn't disqualifying. The schools in question own their own inventory, so they just have to agree on a revenue split.
