I appreciate the positive things Jones has done here, however I try to be objective and factual. I'll give Jones a pass on year one, but since then how many games has our offense won against quality team. Don't say Hawaii Bowl as Nevada was missing players and admitted they didn't want to even be there.

I can think of very few games where our offense has pulled it out since he has been here, but may be wrong. In year 4 if he truly is an offensive genius we should at least be making improvement. So far in his time here the defense has consistently outplayed the offense.

And lets not blame it all on him not having a good QB. It is part of his job for $2 million to either recruit one (even if a JUCO), or develope one. By year 4 that should have been done.
