Next Week-Done Deal?

I've seen several UH posters state that if BE officially invites UH and UH accepts before the deadline, which is nine days from now (I think?), the BCS points will go to the Big East. If not, they will go to Conference USA.

Nobody every posts a link but it would suggest that announcement should come...next week? Maybe 94 can confirm.

None of this makes any sense to me. Houston, Boise, SDSU more than make up for the loss of Pitt, WVU, & Syracuse (in football). Someone needs to hit the "Go" button.

50-50 it happens. I stopped caring as we are no way ready for the big stage in football and should be laughed out of the room thinking we have a prayer to even sniff 4 wins in conference play in basketball. I just enjoy chiming in on the threads;)

Btw, we are now going on 50 plus days since it was initially rumored than SMU was headed to the Big East.

Didn't We all freak out about a 50+ day coaching search in 2007/08, too? That worked out ok....calm down.

This is way more likely than 50/50. Quit the ridiculous emotional hedging.
