New buyout = $10 for each butt he puts in the seats. Take the game with the highest attendance number for the year he leaves. Tops it out at $320k and holds him accountable for what is supposedly his biggest issue. Maybe add an incentive multiplier for each sellout. Put in those electric turnstiles at the exits and don't turn on the counter until 2 mins left in the 4th quarter to determine actual people (not just scanned tix) that were in the stadium that day and stayed.
