Scholarships for non-scholarship players?

Any word on whether Bennett will reward any returning non-scholarship players (including red-shirt freshmen) with available scholarships?

I think it's unlikely, because he wants to bring in so much fresh talent. The only exception, I think, is if he can talk Bartel out of his contract with the Reds, he'll put Bartel on scholarship.
Just my opinion, of course.

I get the impression we're going to sign a full 25. If we need to reward a walk-on later, or juggle some things, that will come later. We should have a full class, which means 8 more guys!
