PonyFans.com VIDEO INTERVIEW with ERIC DICKERSON
Eric Dickerson - yes, THAT Eric Dickerson - was among a throng of former SMU players in attendance at Legion Field in Birmingham, Ala., Saturday to watch his alma mater beat Pitt - again - this time in the BBVA Compass Bowl. The SMU legend visited after the game with PonyFans.com and shared his thoughts on the Mustangs' performance, how it reminded him of the last time the Mustangs and Panthers met, and SMU head coach June Jones.

Good interview.

Re: PonyFans.com VIDEO INTERVIEW with ERIC DICKERSON
Your coverage of the Mustangs this week has been without peer. Thank you for everything you have done for us. So great to see Eric Dickerson ... Wes Hopkins ... Bobby Watters ... Harvey Armstrong ... Justin Rogers ... There were a lot more in Birmingham, and I don't mean to leave anyone out -- it was just really cool to see so many former athletes in attendance to see the Ponies win another bowl game!

While the rest of the media was sitting in Dallas tweeting or whatever, PonyFans was the only one who came out and covered the whole week. Good job PPride -- the hardest working man in the biz.

Good job PP. Glad Kate was there but since I don't subscribe to the morning news this was really cool stuff.

Great job. PP
E.D. is smooth.
Seeing him interviewed over the years re SMU, and considering his role in bringing in JJ as the head coach, I'd like to hear his opinions on building attendence and fan base, and if he might have some role in that area in the future?

He wasn't saying anything that we didn't disagree with. It was right in front of our faces.
First round is on me, Pride.
Re: PonyFans.com VIDEO INTERVIEW with ERIC DICKERSON
There are a hell of a lot of football players who never caught Eric Dickerson ... but our man PP caught him.
Outstanding stuff all week. Thank you!

Great interview... I'm going to give you a big hug and a kiss!
ED is a good and honorable man and he came back to SMU once SMU cleared it's head and realized that athletics is the #1 marketing device for a top tier university.
Good men make good football players. And, as JJ says, good players win football games.
Thanks to PonyFans for a first class job.

Seriously. Fantastic coverage all week. Everybody should click on a few ads even if you don't really care about them to help the site out. The bowl coverage this year was unprecedented and way beyond the call of duty. Tons of thanks to all involved.
