Baylor by 11 makes for easy money on SMU

Baylor is favored by 11 points in their home opener vs. SMU. I'm thinking this will be easy money and I'm taking the ponies and all them points.

I expect BU defense will come hard at our new Oline. If we can stay with BU for the first half, and put lots of pressure on Florence, then SMU can put it together and take this game. no quarter for the Bears!

The line is too early. Baylor has gotten tons of great press over the last year - RGIII and hoops. I think the spread will grow based on this alone - amateur money. I figure as the season draws closer we will see this jump up to 16.5 or 17.5. I will wait until the Shylocks start getting involved and stop the spread growth.

While, its true RG3 is gone, Baylor is still a very good team. They return 15 starters from a team that won 10 games and finished 3rd in the Big 12 last year.

baylor is plenty good. both teams lost key personnel. i would have guessed about 9 pts i think it will settle to that -and playing at their place that is no slam dunk for us at all.
