With the start of the season approaching, a couple of people have mentioned a desire to get together to discuss SMU football over a drink and cigar. Since I have tried to coordinate such a gathering in the past, it has fallen upon me to do this again this year. So here is the plan, I would like to get a group together at Sacred Cigars on Tuesday, August 28th for a casual gathering. BETTERHALF and I will be there at 6:30. Everyone is welcomed to join even if you are a nonsmoker. I will bring at least one bottle of liquor for this event and probably a few cigars.

Please invite any non-subscribers to this gathering. Finally, I will be posting this message on PonyPride and [deleted]. I will also post on Facebook to get the word out. Ideally I would like to get about 20 people there so spread the word.

Yes something can be worked out with Rudy and have alerted him to the fact we may be comin in so told Rudy to bone up on SMU yore...I am in!

Second that- wish I had gotten there earlier. I am still smoking my cigar as I type. Already looking forward to the next outing, and smoking one down in Waco.
