Big 12 vs SEC game might be at the Cotton Bowl. After 2013 their is no BCS per say. BE vs ACC game might very well be at the Orange Bowl.

Why doesn't the BE try to work some sort of conditional deal, such as something like if conf. Champ and top 20 team gets bowl bid?
